Professor Wayne F. Buck PhD, MBA
Dr. Buck is Assistant Professor of Business Ethics at Eastern Connecticut State University, where he teaches business ethics and other business courses in both the undergraduate and graduate programs. He has extensive experience starting and growing businesses and not-for-profits.
As partner and COO, he grew a business-information, statistical modeling and analytical consulting firm from startup to a multi-million dollar company. He founded and led an industry-recognized not-for-profit arts and entertainment organization.
Dr. Buck has consulted to some of the nation's largest financial service firms, as well as startups and growing small businesses. He has held positions at Aetna, Conning & Co., Conneticut Savings Bank, and the Center for Applied Research.
Prior to his appointment at Eastern Connecticut State University, he taught at Yale University, Carleton College, Southern Connecticut University, Albertus Magnus College and St. Joseph College.
